Grandpa Jim rehab update

Sorry, I think I forgot to post the update that Grandpa Jim moved to a rehab clinic. But here is the latest progress report:

Doing better since pain is more controlled.  The 2 weeks spent without being pinned caused some muscle attachment pulling, which in turn causes a lot of pain with movement.  So some yelling is the usual when they try to get him up.  I don't come in during therapy times in the mornings.  Only afternoon and evenings.  Jim is Awake and very cognitive during day and PM.  Using bi-pap @  night.
😷we are still wearing isolation gowns and masks.
Doggies are adjusting well to changes in household.  They are very good puppies.
🐶
My best wishes and a wish for everyone to have a good thanksgiving🍗.
Take care.

First Day 4th Grade!

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
