Still haven't found my voice

I lost my voice last Saturday, and so far it hasn't turned back up.  We all had a pretty bad cold (each elementary school child stayed home one day) about 2-3 weeks ago, depending on who had it when.  Then, last Saturday Kate had a double header soccer game.  By Sunday, by voice was pretty much non-existent.  Last week saw some improvement, but nothing spectacular.  Here we are at Monday, and I'm contemplating going to the doc... although not sure what they could do except maybe a course of steroids :(.

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
