We have been waiting for this first tooth to fall out, and finally last night Will wiggled it out :). The big kid tooth that will replace it is already halfway in, but further back because it didn't have any other room. Hopefully it will sort itself forward as it has more room. I'll try to get a pic of our current snaggletooth.
