Exploring Camden Town

Tom and I spent the afternoon in Camden today. We were looking for new I Phone cases, as I seem to crack mine all the time.  We got noodles and crepes in the horse stable market.  And we finally found the Whole Foods in Camden... it smells like a Whole Foods, but it is the size of a 7-11!  I was surprised at how small it was.  As always, Camden Town was full of people.  We took the 168 bus down and the 24 back up, so we added two buses to our route knowledge!

First Day 4th Grade!

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
