School starts tomorrow

Kate and Jack start school tomorrow, with Will starting on Tuesday.  We are busy today planning out snacks, lunches, and water bottles.   I am happy and sad... it has been a fun summer in London, but I know they are ready to start school.

Grandpa and I wish your new school year in the UK is fantastic and a great learning experience.

Anjie- you have done a tremendous amount of work with getting the children in the schools you wanted- congratulations on a super job. All our best, love and kisses to the little ones from Grammy G.

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
