Stroller Envy

The thing is,  London is a very wealthy town.  It is easy to see by all of the super fancy cars, fancy clothes, and fancy restaurants.  There are also amazing strollers all decked out in the finest accessories.  I am a garage sale stroller girl normally, but I took the kids to the new Buy Buy Baby store in Naperville this weekend, and there are some beautiful strollers.

I am planning to bring some strollers, but Tom and I might need something with better rain protection for our days.  And I am trying to figure out how exactly I will be getting Will to school.  I thought we could just add a stroller board to our light Britax, but after 15 minutes of working on it, the sales guy couldn't get it quite right.  And then we started looking at the beautiful tandem strollers, but not sure how long W could fit in one of those.  It makes sense to wait and buy the right stroller in London, so hopefully we can find a solution until all of our strollers get there in the sea shipment :).

First Day 4th Grade!

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
