Swim lessons

Kate and Jack had their last day of session one swim lessons on Friday. They will both stay in their current levels (K= red, J = white) for next session. They have both improved a ton, and still have a few more skills to work on before moving up.

Trying G Diapers

I had been thinking about using cloth diapers before Will was born, but ended up sticking with disposables. I had used a diaper service (pre-folds) for only a few weeks when Kate was first born, and quickly switched. But I have been wanting to get back to cloth, and had been looking at the all in ones, like bum genius. Another idea that Auntie Sarah had told us about is the G Diaper. So we finally got a starter set at this cute little store in downtown Naperville, Unique Bowtique . The diapers are pretty cool, a combination of cloth and disposable. We just have one problem... Will hates them! He screams and screams and tries to pull it off whenever we try his new diaper. We will keep trying, but we are not off to a good start.

Trip to the farm

Last week we went out to the farm to spend some time with Uncle Henry. We had a great time playing and exploring on the farm. Scout loved chasing the chickens and the golf cart. Some pictures soon.

Free donuts for bike safety

Kate and I were biking today from swim lessons to Patterson to drop of some kindergarten forms (the boys were asleep in the bike trailer) when we got pulled over by a police officer! Turns out it is bike safety month in Naperville, and Kate and I were practicing safe biking! I thought the officer had a ticket in his hand, but it turned out to be coupons for a free dozen donuts. Lucky us!

Farm Party

We went to a super cool farm party yesterday with Cee Cee and Jason. It was for one of Chris' clients, and it was amazing - like a small fair! Here are lots of pictures.
