3 shots for Kate

Kate had her 4 year old well-visit yesterday, and got 3 shots. She was very brave and only let out a little whimper after the 3rd shot. Then she got to pick out 3 stickers, so she was happy. Today she is feeling under the weather and is just sitting on the couch :(.

Kate is around 17% in weight (32 lbs) and 40ish for height. We met the new doc in our practice, and really liked her.

Orinda Country Cotillion

The Orinda Country  Cotillion  is a forty year community tradition sponsoring a series of seven evening dance classes and welcomes all seventh graders in Orinda.  The boys are girls are both broken into two sections, so every other dance is with the opposite boy group. Two of the dances are themed (a sock hop and country -western) and the rest are semi-formal.  Last night was the first dance in the seven dance series.  Kate and her friend Zoe had a great time.  They learned the fox trot and a line dance.  Seemed like fun!
