Riley Family Disney Trip

We are planning a big Riley family trip to Disney World this October, so I thought we could use this site as a way to plan out our trip and get input from everyone.

Some things to consider... where do we want to go on what days? What parks should we visit? Does anyone have their flights booked yet? Of course this is a work in progress!

Hey Anjie:

There may need to be a spa day/few hours for anyone who's interested! I'm feeling stressed if you can't tell. :)

I agree 100%. The spa at Saratoga looks pricey ($130 for a 60 min massage!) so maybe we can find a different massage place, or maybe just a nail salon :).

First Day 4th Grade!

Bye Bye Birdie!

Tom was Ed Sullivan in the production this weekend of Bye Bye Birdie!  Kate donned her sock-hop costume from 5th grade to embrace the spirit of the show. For those of you unfamiliar with the musical,  Bye Bye Birdie is set in 1958 and was influenced by Elvis Presley being drafted into the Army in 1957.    Congrats, Tom!!

100 days left

We have just over 100 days left in the UK.  The kids are super excited to get back to the States, and we are too.  We have had a great time here, but look forward to being 'home'. This is the last week of term, and only term 3 left!  The last term supposedly goes fast, as the weather improves, there are Suzuki concerts, the talent show, and lots of field trips. We have some travel still lined up, plus some visitors to join us - looking forward to seeing you, Auntie Sarah and Uncle Aaron!  Stayed tuned for pictures of our last few adventures. We are starting to get the ball rolling on movers and pet shippers and all that fun stuff.  And we have to have the whole flat cleaned once our stuff is out. One step at a time!
