Oh no, Kate is sick!

The day started off great - some dino races, shopping for house stuff, then 2 hours outside in the sun! Yeah, it was only about 40, but the sun was soooo warm. Kate, Noah, and Jake had a great time bike riding and trying to melt the remaining snow piles. Jack took a super long nap in the car. So anyway, it was a great day until about 2:30 as we were about to go inside, Kate just freaked out! She started crying and whining. We went to run an errand and she fell asleep around 3, and has been asleep since. She woke up for a few minutes at 7, just wanting to put on her jammies and brush her teeth. Hopefully she will be able to sleep this off!

First Day 4th Grade!

Bye Bye Birdie!

Tom was Ed Sullivan in the production this weekend of Bye Bye Birdie!  Kate donned her sock-hop costume from 5th grade to embrace the spirit of the show. For those of you unfamiliar with the musical,  Bye Bye Birdie is set in 1958 and was influenced by Elvis Presley being drafted into the Army in 1957.    Congrats, Tom!!

100 days left

We have just over 100 days left in the UK.  The kids are super excited to get back to the States, and we are too.  We have had a great time here, but look forward to being 'home'. This is the last week of term, and only term 3 left!  The last term supposedly goes fast, as the weather improves, there are Suzuki concerts, the talent show, and lots of field trips. We have some travel still lined up, plus some visitors to join us - looking forward to seeing you, Auntie Sarah and Uncle Aaron!  Stayed tuned for pictures of our last few adventures. We are starting to get the ball rolling on movers and pet shippers and all that fun stuff.  And we have to have the whole flat cleaned once our stuff is out. One step at a time!
