Another Ear infection

Tom has yet another ear infection.  They are running out of antibiotics to treat him :(.  Hopefully this will clear up soon.  They will re-check his ears at his 1 year appointment, but if he gets any more ear infections this summer, I think we will be heading to the ENT for tubes.

Update: May 23, 2011

We have been super busy the past two weeks.  Many pictures to post soon.  Here are some highlights: - Tom can walk!  Ok, when he wants to, he can take about 5 or so steps at a time, but he prefers to crawl. - Tom can wave!  Fun to see him wave his whole arm around :) - Will is getting geared up for 3 year old preschool this fall - Jack has only 1 more day of preschool, and then he will be a kindergartener! - Jack did a great job in his violin recital this weekend! - Kate is now a Brownie, her Daisy troop had a bridging ceremony a couple weeks ago. - Kate did a great job at her violin and piano recitals this weekend. - Kate finished spring soccer this weekend. - Kate is joining swim team this summer, and practice starts next week! - Two more weeks of school, and Kate will be a 2nd grader!

Strep Throat city

Last week was a long week, full of doctor appointments.  Two Thursdays ago K came home from a Daisy meeting and fell asleep on the couch.  She and Jack stayed home on Friday.  Sat and Sun K said she felt better, so played soccer both days.  Monday = throat hurts.  And W is super cranky.  Take them in saying they have strep.  They try to test K, and say it is negative.  Still they both seem sick.  So, on Friday I take W in again, and sure enough it is strep.  The give W and K antibiotics.  T is already on for a double ear infection.  I go, and I have strep too.  I send P and J for testing, but they didn't have it.  We are almost done with our Rx and feeling much better!
